Team Canada Wins First Place at O-IYPT 2020

After two months of preparation and four days of intense competition, Team Canada won first place out of eleven teams in the Online IYPT 2020.

CaYPT Committee Plans for Online 2021 Tournament

The recent situation will not permit in-person tournaments to happen for the foreseeable future. The success of O-IYPT 2020 proved that an online tournament is possible. The CaYPT Committee will plan for an online tournament for now and we will be ready to host an in-person tournament as soon as circumstances permit.

Location and Format

CaYPT 2021 will be entirely online. More details will be announced at a later date.

CaYPT 2021 will run on February 27 (Day 1) and March 6 (Day 2).

Registration fee is $260 CAD for a team of up to 5 team members and 1 Team Leader for both days. Registration open on Jan 11, 2021.
